- In a mixing bowl add chicken, ginger garlic paste & garam masala mix it well and keep it for 30 minutes
- Once it becomes soft saute till all the water evaporates.
- Heat oil in a wok add onion slice and saute until it's change in brown colour.
- Now add whole spices (cardamom, cloves, bay leaf & cinnamon) saute for one minute.
- Add tomato puree and cashew paste mix it well.
- Add red chilli, turmeric, coriander and salt mix it well add little water and saute until oil comes above.
- Now add marinated chicken in a masala & milk mix it well add required water and cooked until chicken become soft and tender. (Adding milk just give a authentic and creamy sauce)
- Now serve hot with chapati or rice.
