- Now hot the ghee now off the flame after few seconds add 2 or 4 gulabjamun in ghee slowly.
- Now shake the ghee with poniya on the flame slow.Fry all gulabjamun till golden brown.
- Take all gulab jamun from ghee to chashni.. Dip in chashni one by one. Keep all for 2 to 3 hours.Now serve hot.
- Gulab jamun are ready to serve.
