  11. Spread half of the filling in the rectangle then roll to form a log.
  12. Cut the log into 1.5 to 2 inches pieces, or less according to your desire. Then brush with milk.
  13. Using a wooden stick, or back side of your laddle, make an indentation in the middle of each piece. This is necessary to give the shape I like. You can make other shape also.
  14. Place all the fatayer in a baking tray and rest again for about 20 minutes.
  15. After 20 minutes bake them for about 20 minutes (until light golden brown)in a 200 degree C preheated oven.
  16. Let them cool down and enjoy!!
