  3. Take out half of whole spices and keep aside, other will be crushed for paste. Add socked cashews and add 100ml milk (or half part, just to make paste) and crush them into smooth puree.
  4. Add this puree to the same pan and add sauted whole spices, grated cheese, remaining milk and sugar. Mix well and simmer for 5-7min.
  5. At last add roasted cashews and mix well. Simmer for a while and serve hot with paratha or naan or missi roti or kulcha.
