  1. Wash the rice and Soak the rice for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes grind it to a coarse paste.
  2. Heat a pan with some ghee.when the gee is nicliy hot add milk and boil it.
  3. Add a ground rice mixture and mix well. Once the rice is cooked,add unsweetened khoa and sugar and mix it well.
  4. Add saffron, chopped pistachios, cashew, And almonds nuts and add cardamom powder and mix well.
  5. Simmer on low flame for 10 minutes. after all ingredients combine well pour it into small bowls or moulds.
  6. Let it come to room temperature, place in the refrigerator for 4-7 hours to set.and serve it chilled
