- Grease the butter paper or clear wrap with ghee. Pour the mixture over it and start kneading the dough carefully as dough is still hot. Till it forms a crack free dough.
- Now take a rolling pin and roll it to a thick chapati. Then first cut it diagonally and then straight to give a diamond shape. Let it cool down.
