  19. 2 Bay leaf
  20. 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  21. 2 Kashmiri red chillies
  22. 1 tbsp Coriander seeds
  23. 3 Dried red chillies
  24. 10 Green Cardamoms
  25. 2 Black Cardamoms
  26. 1 tsp Black pepper
  27. 10 cloves
  28. 1 cinnamon sticks
  29. 2 tbsp cumin seeds
  30. 1 tsp Black cumin seeds
  31. 1 small piece jaifal/ nutmeg
  32. 3 javitri/ mace
  33. Few drops Kewra
  34. 5 Dried khobani mix well biryani masala keep in jar)
  35. As per taste Salt
  36. 1/2 cup Milk
  37. 1/4 cup Oil
  38. 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  39. 3 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  40. 1 tsp green chilli paste

Instructions to make to make Chicken biryani

  1. Take a pan add oil and ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste,and stir it. Then add chicken fry, add 2 tbsp chicken biryani masala, salt, red chilli powder coriander powder, turmeric powder and stir fry, then add tomatoes saute well, then add curd, some coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli chopped, lemon juice stir well.
  2. Take a pan add some oil, potato fry with pinch salt and turmeric powder, fry well and add chicken.
  3. Soak the rice for 1 hour take a big pan add 3-liter water and add big cardamon and cinnamon stick, some coriander, mint leaves, lemon piece green chilli piece and become well boil and add rice and cook well 80 ٪ and drain water and add the water and drain water well and keep aside.
  4. Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil, spread some rice layer and 2 nd chicken qorma layer and again rice layer and sprinkle.
